All USGS Publications - Updated May, 2006
Geoscientists of the U. S. Geological Survey have published extensively on the geology, geochemistry, geophysics, and genesis of uranium deposits in the United States. They have also published research papers on uranium mineralogy, the aqueous geochemistry of uranium, and the environmental impact of uranium and related radionuclides such as radon and radium. An extensive bibliography of such publications can be found here. Presently, this bibliography is a simple alphabetical listing of U.S. Geological Survey uranium publications by author. The author and titles can be searched by using your computer’s simple search function for keywords. However, the USGS is in the process of digitizing all USGS publications and making them available via the internet. As this occurs, we will provide linkages from this bibliography to those online files.
During this phase, you may contact Jim Otton (jkotton@usgs.gov) for any questions.
